NOVATO, CA – CCI today announced that Bill Kelly, a long-standing CCI employee and Novato native, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Bill was CCI’s Vice President of Sales from 2001 through 2005 and in that capacity he was a primary contributor to CCI’s average growth of more than 45% per year.
