"CCI's Growth Prompts Organizational Changes"
Novato, CA - CCI, a Marin-based software-as-a-service company today announced the three organizational changes.
CCI's founder and chairman, Steve Isaacs, made the announcement that CCI has hired one Director and promoted two other members of the management staff as part of their planned expansion. "Our phenomenal growth has made it possible for CCI to add much-needed professionals so that we can continue to provide our clients with the high-level of expertise and service they have come to expect from us."
Founded in 1983, CCI brings over 20 years of experience to client projects, including a wealth of best practice knowledge. CCI's suite of software and professional service offerings - combined with experience and technology - help companies streamline sales and marketing programs, including sales incentives, spiffs, rebates, co-op, market development funds (MDF), brand and awareness campaigns, demand and lead generation, lead distribution, POS and ROI calculation.
The new employee at CCI is Kathryn Dalgleish, Director of Client Engagement. Additionally, CCI has promoted Debra Delaney to President & CEO, and Scott Lincoln to Director of Client Development.
Adds Cathi O'Sullivan, CCI's Director of Marketing, "In 2004, CCI grew by well over 50%, which is ahead of our projections. To keep ourselves at this aggressive pace in 2005 we knew we were going to need an experienced management staff that could work in a cross-functional, client-centric environment.
