“CCI Opens Quad Cities Client Services Office ”

NOVATO, CA – CCI, a service and hosted software company that develops, manages and measures marketing and sales programs for companies that sell through distribution, today announced their plans to open an additional Client Services office in the Quad Cities, Rock Island, Illinois.

“As CCI grows and supports organizations across geographies, it is increasingly important to offer regionally based Client Services as well as expanded hours of operation. The Quad Cities office will allow us to provide expanded support for our client base across the United States, and it will bring an even greater level of service in a very cost-effective manner,” said Debra Delaney, President & CEO of CCI. 

Ms. Delaney is a native to the Quad Cities area and appreciates being able to give something back to the community where she was raised. “It’s such a gift to have the ability to go back to one’s roots and create jobs in the local economy.”

The Quad Cities office - which is located at 1629 Second Avenue - will officially open on May 1, 2006, and some of the CCI Client Services operations will transition to that facility soon thereafter. According to Jose Lopez, CCI’s Vice President of Client Operations, the transition should be seamless. “We have a plan in place that accounts for current client transitions, telephone transfers and other issues that are critical to the success of this new endeavor. Client and customer satisfaction is paramount, and we expect our clients to be very pleased with CCI’s expansion efforts.”

Kelly Frakes will act as General Manager of the Quad Cities office. Ms. Frakes joins CCI after a very successful, long-term career in the utility industry working as a Special Projects Analyst. “We have every confidence that Kelly will meet and exceed our client satisfaction standards,” said Lopez. “Fortune 1000 companies depend on us to manage their channel marketing and sales programs flawlessly, and we believe that Kelly and her Client Services team will be integral to CCI’s efforts.”
