Debra Delaney: President and CEO
Debra Delaney is the President & CEO of CCI. Since joining the company in 1998, Debra has been a strong leader and a critical factor in the company's growth and success. She brings over 15 years of management experience in the high tech sector to CCI. Her eye for detail, bottom line profitability and cutting-edge innovation serves her well and brings extensive value to CCI clients. Previously, as our Chief Operating Officer, Debra was instrumental in the development of CCI’s software platform, ProgramsPro®.
Prior to joining CCI, Debra served as CFO and Vice President of Financial Operations and Administration for IPC Interactive, Inc., a computer software and hardware developer. At IPC Debra honed her software development business expertise. Additionally, her experience as a CFO, Controller and Business Manager for other large, complex, multi-million dollar businesses further compliments her executive management skills.
Debra is active in the business community and is a member of the Vistage group, a professional organization that promotes the sharing of best practices in sales, marketing and other business practices. Recently, The North Bay Business Journal named Debra, Technology Woman of the Year, as part of their Women in Business Awards. This award annually names outstanding women "for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators and visionaries".
She is also the Board President of Ritter Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating homelessness in our community.
Bill Kelly: Executive Vice President
Bill Kelly is the Executive Vice President at CCI. He has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in several industries, including engineering and high-tech. This balanced expertise allows Bill to lead CCI's business development strategies while assisting clients with their needs. Bill is especially well regarded for his ability to craft intelligent and insightful solutions that meet client business objectives, deliver on channel strategies, and demonstrate measurable results.
Prior to rejoining CCI, Bill led the sales and business development efforts at Icon Medialab, Inc. (an e-business consultancy and business to business agency) and Lante Corporation (a technology business consultancy). An expert in strategy and innovative thinking, Bill worked with global clients to identify and leverage Internet technologies with a focus on multi-channel strategies, platform development, e-commerce, and content management.
Don Barnwell: Vice President of Information Systems
Don Barnwell is CCI's Vice President of Information Systems, and he is responsible for the vision, the development, and the evolution of all CCI software applications and tools. Most notably, Don is the architect of CCI's AdPro and LeadPro modules. Don has been with CCI since 2001, and has grown his department to one of the largest within CCI.
Don has an impressive background in information systems, technology, databases and business management. His career has taken him from a software engineer to a data administration group manager to executive level information systems positions at several companies, experience that serves him very well at CCI. Don's knowledge also makes him an excellent resource for CCI clients
Chris Kullar: Vice President of Marketing
Chris Kullar is CCI’s Vice President of Marketing. His charter is to create and execute CCI’s marketing strategy and to direct all marketing and product development. Chris brings over 15 years of marketing and business development experience to his role, with over ten years of that being in an executive capacity.
Before joining CCI Chris had responsibility for strategy and execution for market strategies, competitive response, development of worldwide marketing programs, market segmentation, business development and marketing communications for companies such as COLO.com, Atlas, Netcom, and BT Tymnet. He has also developed and launched numerous successful channel programs. His experience and marketing ability makes Chris invaluable to CCI clients.
Jose Lopez: Vice President of Client Operations
Jose Lopez is the Vice President of Client Operations at CCI, a role that he filled in 2006. In this position Jose is charged with delivering the CCI Experience to all clients and customers, and he manages the Client Services and Client Engagement departments as well as the client support side of the Information Systems department.
Jose’s impressive background includes a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Management and a variety of positions that focused on creatively resolving client and data management issues. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he focused on Information Technology audits, and more recently he was the Chief Operating Officer for Benchmark Medical Consultants, a specialized service company in Sacramento. Jose has held positions including Technology Advisor, Quantitative Financial Analyst and Chief Technology Officer - roles that make him the ideal Vice President of Client Operations at CCI
Sue Flores: Director of Client Services
Sue Flores is the Director of Client Services. Sue manages the team that interfaces most often with clients and their constituents, providing a premier level of service at all times. Since joining CCI in 1998, Sue has consistently maintained our client service standards, and she leads a team of equally dedicated service professionals. Sue also developed most of the prior approval (P.A.) and claim processes that CCI uses to administer client programs.
Sue's career has been spent in financial and customer service, including roles in wholesale software distribution and software and hardware development with Tech-Data and IPC, respectively. She also worked in the Finance Department at Autodesk.
Susan Crellin: Director of Finance & Administration
Susan Crellin is the Director of Finance & Administration at CCI. She is responsible for directing all financial, contractual and administrative efforts for CCI, and for all CCI client accounts. Susan re-joined CCI in 2005 after working previously as CCI's Controller for three years.
Susan brings over 20 years of accounting experience to CCI. Before coming to CCI Susan held financial positions for a variety of companies, including Daikin U.S. (now Sonic Solutions) where she was the Controller for four years. In addition, her credentials include running her own accounting services business.
Susan's mastery of the key financial elements of channel sales and marketing programs makes her the ideal Director of Finance & Administration at CCI
